Cajun Shrimp Tacos

I posted an IGTV video about these delicious Cajun Shrimp Tacos we made for dinner. Recipe by Blue Apron.

I'm not a fan of tacos if they aren't chicken or beef tacos, so I was pleasantly surprised by the deliciousness of these joints. 

Roody & I don't like spicy food, so we used a very small amount of the piquante peppers.

I learned a new way to make your tortillas hard: put them between two damp paper towels and microwave on high for 1 minute.
