"Captain Marvel" Movie Review!

I joined Roody & his friends in watching the new "Captain Marvel” movie at the AMC Theater in Port Chester. We’re extra, so we got the $18 IMAX tickets. Click here to watch the full review. Here is our basic review:

Larianne’s Side

Pros:

• Positive femininity. I almost teared up once.

• It picked up after 1 hour and then I got excited

• Lots of comedy. I LOL’d a lot.

• There was a lot of action.

Cons:

• Not as good as “Wonder Woman”

• It dragged a little bit. I kept looking at the time.

• Not really for someone who isn’t into Marvel Comics

Rating: 6/10

Roody’s Side

Pros:

• It filled in some gaps

• It’s a good watch

Cons:

• Really confusing for those who aren’t familiar with Marvel Comics

• It needed a little more action

• I wanted to see her prove that she is a threat to Thanos

Rating: 7/10

We both think that there is no rush to go see the movie. Go watch it when tickets are 50% off, if that is offered in your area. But make sure you go see it before the Avengers movie comes out next month!
